A home with character.
A clear starting point for your renovation. Compare two layouts, choose a direction and see the main space before taking the next step.
One level, up to 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom up to 6 m², measured as net internal area. One basic measured survey visit within the Athens basin.

Package limits, revisions and offer terms
Home concept scope: Layouts cover the whole home within the stated limits. The 2 views cover one main space up to 35 m². Construction drawings, detailed kitchen / bathroom elevations and visuals of every room are excluded.
Revisions: 1 consolidated round for the home concept, before final visuals; 2 rounds for the separate kitchen and bathroom packages. A new direction, extra views or later changes are quoted before work proceeds.
Visit and delivery: One basic measured survey visit within the Athens basin, a presentation and a PDF booklet. Other parts of Attica, larger areas, multiple levels or special requirements receive a tailored written quotation.
Exclusions: Construction, purchased materials, permits, structural assessment, engineering design, site supervision and manufacturer production drawings are excluded. Kitchen / bathroom services positions are for design coordination.
Budget: The home concept budget range is an estimate with assumptions, not a bill of quantities or a binding construction quotation. We discuss your budget before finalising the direction.
Validity and availability: The Christmas home concept offer is for a limited number of clients. Prices apply to commissions agreed by 24 December 2026, subject to availability. A place is confirmed through a written commission, not by sending the form. The date refers to commissioning, not completion.
Final prices and payment: All displayed prices include 24% VAT. The schedule and payment stages are agreed in writing before work starts. Additional scope is approved and quoted separately.

The concept becomes your foundation.
If you commission MOVA’s full construction design for the same property within 60 days of delivery, the €1,000 is credited towards the total design fee.
The scope and total fee are agreed in writing before upgrading. The credit applies to continuing the same approved design. It is not a cash refund and does not apply to construction works.

For the home concept we present two layouts. You consolidate your feedback into one round and we finalise your chosen option.
You receive your design.
A furniture plan, two main-space views, a materials direction and an initial budget range. Detailed construction design is a separate next stage.

The €1,000 Christmas offer covers home concept design for a property up to 80 m², within the stated limits and deliverables. It is valid for commissions agreed by 24 December 2026, for a limited number of clients and subject to availability. This is not a price per square metre. Property suitability is confirmed before commissioning.
Will I see the whole home in 3D?
Layouts cover the whole home. The two 3D views cover one main space up to 35 m²: a living room or open-plan living / kitchen. Other rooms and additional views are quoted separately.
Can I give the concept straight to a contractor?
The concept establishes the layout and design direction. It does not include the construction drawings, technical assessments or permits that may be required for the works.
Why separate kitchen and bathroom packages?
They provide a more detailed design for one room, with the listed elevations and details. The home concept does not include that level of detail. Fees are not automatically added together; you choose what you need.
Are renovation works included?
Prices cover design services. Construction, purchased materials, permits and site supervision are agreed separately. BAUS RE:FORM handles construction renovation services.
When is delivery and when does the offer end?
The offer applies to commissions agreed by 24 December 2026, subject to availability. Delivery is scheduled in writing. Commissioning before Christmas does not necessarily mean completion before Christmas.
Do the images show the package result?
The visuals come from MOVA’s portfolio and illustrate our design approach. The floor plan is a separate presentation example. They are not a single project delivered under this package, or a promise of identical results or costs for another property.
